Booking a Mala Workshop
Now booking workshops in the San Fransisco Bay Area and along the front range of Colorado! Learn how to craft your own mala. This workshop complements retreats or can be made in a studio for an afternoon or evening of intention and creativity. I have 2 hour workshops where groups leave with their own handmade mini mala (hand mala), or larger 2 day workshops that can be built into the retreat for meditation and ceremony. Learn about the history of japamala for meditation and prayer. Enjoy community in either a 2 part series to construct your own 108 bead mala or make a mini mala in a shorter single session. The mala includes radrashka seed with the complement of bezel cut crystal or rose quartz. Radrashka (Shiva’s tears) is considered the most powerful tool in the quest of self-realization. Finally, adorn your mala with one of my handmade clay shields to embody everlasting love, protection and divine feminine wisdom.
Calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and learn how to dissipate fear with japamala counting recitations. Each workshop can be designed around your theme to include seed mantra for focusing the lens of our Dharmic Wheels.

“I just want you to know this mala has changed my spiritual practice. It’s the reminder I didn’t know was missing. I have not taken it off but to shower since leaving you that day. I can not express how blessed I am that our paths crossed.”
