Ground, connect, meditate and potluck on the first Friday’s of each month at Unity in the community room, on the sacred grounds, and at the Labyrinth. We need each other now, more than ever, so let us create consistent practices supporting transformative thought and right action! The drumming begins at 6:45. Plan to arrive, smudge and congregate until the program begins at 7. We will potluck at the end of the evening, please bring your yummies to share!!!

Meet your hosts, Ben and Annika. Ben Cabal, Shaman and Master Healer, will offer Tai Chi, ancient wisdom and his joyful, contagious humor. Annika Ananda, Yogi, Divine Feminine Artist and 12 Chakra guide, will provide gentle heart centered practices for clearing and expansion. Together, we will create a positive space with plenty of drumming breaks and time for connection with the ONE. We tap into universal love with devotional singing using the oldest language of India: Sanskrit.
